GSW Cladding Division is equipped with technologically advanced, fully automated Horizontal Pipe Clad Machines, capable of applying internal weld overlay from a range of 6” to 60” pipes, and the ability to handle 12 metres random pipe lengths. Smaller diameter and small-bore pipes are also catered for in shorter length pipes.  

All pipes and other products follow a stringent computerised QA/QC monitoring process. Once cladding is completed, a full hydro test is performed providing a digital readout.  All pipes receive Non Destructive testing which include DPI, UT and RT techniques where applicable.

Weld Overlay Clad Flanges & Fittings:

GSW Cladding Division have the ability and the capacity using our modern hi-tech range of vertical column and boom type weld overlay machinery to produce a vast array of different fittings and flanges as required by our client’s specific needs and requirements.

These items include but not limited to Flanges, Elbows, Tees, End Caps, Blinds, Saddles and various other special fittings all ranging between 6” to 72” and above.

Weld Overlay Clad Pipe Spool Fabrication:

GSW Cladding Division has the engineering expertise, experience and knowledge to perform all tasks required for the fabrication of cladded pipe spools.  Our automated butt welding machines ensure a superior quality, faster and more cost-effective process compare with the widely used manual welder method. Our process has a vastly reduced rework percentage with optimum quality being assured with every joint.  GSW follows exacting industry standards in all aspects applicable to spool fabrication from initial cutting and beveling right through to hydrotesting, final inspections, creating/packaging and logistics.
